All eSIM purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Awesim does not store your credit card or payment details.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your device supports eSIM technology before making a purchase. Awesim does not offer refunds if your device is incompatible with eSIMs.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for issues related to device compatibility or activation failures due to customer error.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Awesim platform are the intellectual property of Awesim and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Awesim is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, including issues related to device incompatibility or third-party service interruptions.
